Start-up Visa Program is for the entrepreneurs who can establish their businesses in Canada that:

• highly innovative
• create jobs for Canadian people
• ability to compete in a global economy

If one has an innovative business idea he can get support from one of the designated organizations of Canada and might be able to immigrate to Canada.

Eligibility

• Either in English or French get scores of minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5 in all four sections speaking, listening, reading and writing;
• Should have sufficient amount of money to provide for the cost of living before earning an income
• Letter of Support should be issued from business incubator, a venture capital fund or designated angel investor group
• Must match with ownership requirements for a qualifying business. Maximum five foreign nationals can apply for PR as the member of the same business venture under the Start-Up Visa Program.

If above conditions are met, your application will be evaluated based on IRCC's standard admissibility criteria, including medical, social security and criminality.
